A Few Points to Consider
I believe that spiritual response therapy is a powerful system for removing negative energies, blocks, and so on from ourselves and our Akashic records, however, there are things we can do to help ourselves to heal that take a small amount of time to accomplish and require little to no financial investment.
Letting go of wrongdoings or perceived wrongdoings against us by ourselves and others. Holding onto past events only serve to weigh us down and make us angry when we recall them. Try to let go and forget about them if you can. It’s best to look to the future and think about what we can do to improve the quality of our lives.
Finding the time to relax, recharge and reset ourselves. Try to make the time for a long bath with a book or watch a favourite film in bed once in a while. Sensitive people usually need more time in a peaceful place to cleanse themselves of energies that they may have picked up during the course of each day that can cause them to feel bogged down, uneasy or tired.
Avoiding excessively negative people as much as possible. This can be a tricky one as you may have a coworker or employer who you spend a lot of time with and can not avoid as much as you would like. Try to practice methods of energetic cleansing yourself after each prolonged encounter. You can also envisage yourself in a healing light or golden bubble before meeting them and intend that you stay untouched by their energy in your space.
The occasional smudging of auras and homes with Sage also be very cleansing and healing – and the smell is nice too! Various herbal teas including chamomile, fennel, sage, nettle, and so on can also be nutritious, cleansing and comforting. Of course, there is a lot more that can be done to keep us happy and healthy. Eating well, exercising and getting enough sleep is what we all know we should be doing but combined with the above, we may be able to achieve a little additional harmony. 🙂
